Non acid, used after dehydrator and before extend gel. Ingredients: Polyacrylic acide, ethyl acetate, butyl acetate. Directions: apply the a thin layer of the primer and air dry for 30 seconds. Warning keep tightly sealed, avoid eye and skin contact. Keep out of sun and out of reach of children. Discontinue use if irriation occurs.
