30-Day Refund Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
Nail drills, nail lamps, and similar electronic devices are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty only and are not eligible for returns or refunds through us.
To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, return instructions will be provided. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment after the returned items are received and inspected.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
Items that are used, opened, final sale, gift cards or not in original condition may not be eligible for a refund.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
